bouncer was set to use 
  /firefox/nightly/3.6.4-candidates/build3/mac/en-US/Firefox 3.6.4.dmg
instead of 
  /firefox/nightly/3.6.4-candidates/build3/mac/:lang/Firefox 3.6.4.dmg
