Details

I want to put an IFRAME in a table and give it 100% height, however, the iframe
uses its default height.  No % heights seem to work while in a table.  Works
fine outside of table.  px heights work inside the <td>.
Pawning off on Petersen.  Is this a duplicate of one of your other bugs?
