If you try to access  cyrillic domain (for example http://президент.рф) 
you will get http://xn--d1abbgf6aiiy.xn--p1ai/ in navigation toolbar instead http://президент.рф

It's needed add  'network.IDN.whitelist.xn--p1ai: true' into default config.

I believe it's similar, not duplicate. For every domain is needed to add 'network.IDN.whitelist.' into default config.

Could we expect a fix for these bugs in 3.6.4?

See bug 565037 comment #3 for details of the current batch that has been approved.
it really is a duplicate of bug 564240 (all domains together are fixed by bug 565037)

It's already fixed on the trunk, but might appear in a 3.6.* build (don't know if it will be 3.6.4)
