Now that we've merged the main Causes content into the About section, I'd like to move or remove the remaining content so we can delete the directory. The only remaining content is for past campaigns and a temporary Universal Subtitles page. Note that I'm fine keeping all of this content if it's still needed -- let's just find a better home for it. If some of the old content isn't needed, we can redirect those URLs to somewhere more current and then remove the files. For reference, the current Causes content can be browsed at http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.org/trunk/causes/
