Once set a "content type" as "Open with SeaMonkey", it returns a dead-loop. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit->Perferences->Browser->App Helper-> Set a type as "Open with SeaMonkey";
2. Open a corresponding file;
3. Done. 
Actual Results:  
it returns a dead-loop. 

Expected Results:  
To give the user a warning each time the loop returns so that the user can stop the loop.
