Cursor does not become spinning throbber when an add-on is installed and on completion "Restart Fennec" blue notification bar is displayed (no Install complete message)  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Addons Manager
2.Search for an Addon in the pane (eg. "twitter")
3.Click on an Addon
4.Install the Addon
Actual Results:  
No progress is displayed and when the installation is complete "Restart Fennec" blue notification bar is displayed (no Install complete message)  

Expected Results:  
When installing the Addon, cursor becomes spinning throbber.
"Install Complete" message appears afterwards

Broken by AMO API change (see bug 566078). We will fix this in toolkit (see bug 566079)
