I was trying to generate a Windows 64 bit build and I couldn't start building until I had start-msvc10-x64.bat properly working.
The name of the vcvars bat file has changed to:
"%VC10DIR%\bin\amd64\vcvars64.bat
from:
"%VC10DIR%\Bin\amd64\vcvarsamd64.bat
