To reproduce:
1. Connect an external screen to your mac while firefox is open and running Snow Leopard
2. Notice that other windows relocate to the new screen automagically
3. Notice how firefox does not?

Recommendation:
We should follow the OS convention here and move Firefox over to the newly connected screen
