<http://idn.icann.org/#The_example.test_names> shows examples of ccTLD domains. One of the examples is in cyrillic: http://пример.испытание/ . Mozilla Developer Preview 3.7 Alpha 4 correctly shows in Location Bar the URL in cyrillic.

Now .рф is officially accepted <http://blog.icann.org/2010/05/idn-cctlds-%E2%80%93-the-first-four/> but <http://xn--d1abbgf6aiiy.xn--p1ai/> (translated <http://president.ru>) is ciphered in the location bar.
