Using: trunk pulled at 101419

1. Select the entire URL from the urlbar.
2. Paste into another X app with the middle mouse button.

the URL is pasted with an extra newline at the end. I would expect just the text
of the URL to be pasted.

Assigning to jfrancis because akkana sez you are rewriting the paste code (in
bug 54851).
I guess this one is assigned to the right person/component.
The bug has been filed for some days though, perhaps better collect them here.
