Mike, this patch does two things
* allows background updates for 3.5.9 -> 3.5.10 on the beta channel (snippets were enabled May 08 but we forgot this config change)
* removes the old Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 config that snuck back when bug 507408 landed

Checking in config-dist.php;
/cvsroot/mozilla/webtools/aus/xml/inc/config-dist.php,v <-- config-dist.php
new revision: 1.72; previous revision: 1.71
done
Moved AUS2_PRODUCTION from 1.70 to 1.72 or config-dist.php; updated to AUS2_PRODUCTION and tagged with AUS2_RTM_201005202114. Made sure to not include the changes from bug 507408.
