Litmus test case: Folder view / 2: Confirm folder summary tooltips

When I hover over the mail message in the folder pane it show a tooltip that reveals subject and sender but NOT the first line of text in the message.

Odd, I can't reproduce this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.5pre) Gecko/20100430 Lanikai/3.1pre

NOT WORKING

Tested with another profile using Pop3 with:
