SM hangs when I try to view the about information.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install SM 2.1a1pre
2. Install NoScript 1.9.9.77
3. Install SM 2.1a2pre
4. Open add-ons manager (about:addons)
5. Right click on NoScript row
6. Choose About on popup menu
Actual Results:  
SM hangs.

Expected Results:  
Show about dialog or an error message.

Confirming with:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100525 SeaMonkey/2.1a2pre

SeaMonkey does not actually hang, just the window with the Add-on Manager tab becomes unusable, i.e. all clicks to it, including its chrome, do nothing and the typical "ping" sound ("invalid action") is played [1]. You can still use other windows if you opened them in advance. Changing summary to reflect that.

The issue does not appear if you have the relevant extensions.checkCompatibility.* pref set (where * would be 2.1a right now). Without that pref "(disabled)" is shown next to the add-on name (here: NoScript) in the Add-on Manager.

Adding this to the AM tracker bug 561600 for now; in the end this might be a core issue if Firefox is affected as well.

[1] I could imaging that some warning dialog is expected to show up but we're missing the strings to display it or something. Just a guess. Nothing in the JS console except:
No chrome package registered for chrome://noscript/content/about.xul
