Unfortunately, it turns out the module I need access to (labs/tabcandy) is in fact level 2, so I need to upgrade my access level. Is that something we can do in this bug or should I start a fresh one?

I suppose we could try to do this here. You'll most likely need vouchers from certain individuals in order to gain access to level 2, confirm marcia?
