Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1)Search for "Google Bolivia" in https://preview.addons.mozilla.org
2)Click on the add-on name to go to details page
(or) Directly load the add-on details page URL:
https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/161511/
Result: In the search results page and in details page: Add to Firefox button is missing for this add-on
Note:
- This is happening on systems: MACOSX,Fedora - FF3.6.*
- Not seen on Windows platforms
