Details

We should have a CAPTCHA for user reviews of an add-on to prevent spam comments (which we seem to be getting more and more of).  However, I don't think we'd always want to do this so users who frequently post useful reviews are not troubled by this.  We could try to do it in the follow situations:
1) If a user has X comments already on the site (for some X that we decide on).
2) If a user has had account for X time and has at least one comment.
etc.
I hope something more effective can be done, but unfortunately it's a dupe.
