I just landed a config update to unthrottle the 3.6.4 release, which is now on mirrors. We'd really like to pick up the EDT and PDT morning users, can we just this pushed ASAP? Phong started doing this but it doesn't seem to have taken effect yet.
I re-ran through all the steps for the push and it took this time.
