This page is basically just a list of links: http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/releases/ It can be got to from in-product, though not easily. However assuming we're keeping it, then we should be generating it automatically, as we forget it now and again, and it cuts down copy paste (hence part of the work in bug 540394) All the information is in includes/product-details/json/thunderbird_history_stability_releases.json and includes/product-details/json/thunderbird_history_major_releases.json (there's also php version of the file but json is probably the way forward), so in theory it should be easy to generate automatically.
Think I forgot about this because it wasn't assigned to me, so fixing that. This is probably an easy fix.
