Current Firefox nightly build do not allow toolbar items to be placed in the space beside the Firefox menu.

Not Necessary as this bug add features into Firefox
You mean inside Firefox button or next to it?
Attached image The Space that I was talking about. (obsolete) —
I believe toolbar items should be able to be placed in this space beside the Firefox menu. See in the Attachment the space where I have circled.
That space will cease to exist. It's only there temporarily until the point that the Firefox button is moved up into the title bar at which point that space will feature form controls and weave/sync controls.
I know where they will be. I have seen the mock-ups.

You said that it will only feature form control and weave/sync controls. Is that confirmed by dev?

I will make my point about why I believe this bug should be fixed.
Just imagine that in my attachment the title bar is non-existent.
If the space beside Firefox Menu cannot be used to placed add-on icons or toolbar items but only feature form control and weave/sync controls, this will be a major waste of space.

In the past the space beside the classic menu of File, Edit... can be used to place add-on icons, if the Firefox Menu do not allow those placement of add-on icons, let me ask you where can users place those add-on icons now?

Add-on icons = toolbar items (like Download/Print/History/etc)
Title bar will be fully customizable, but that will come later.
Summary: Toolbar items should be able to be placed in the space beside the Firefox Menu. → Title Bar space beside Firefox Menu Button should allow placement of Toolbar Items
@Peter Henkel

Yeah I know. I heard that this feature will come around Beta 2. Have you any idea when Beta 1 will come out?

I believe this bug will not affect Mac Firefox, since Mac Firefox title bar is the system menu.
