Details

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.3a6pre) Gecko/20100616 Minefield/3.7a6pre When the add-ons manager is closed and it gets opened with a specific pane like the plugins pane, all add-ons are displayed and not only the ones for the given type. Steps: 1. Install Flash and disable the plugin 2. Close the add-ons manager 3. Load youtube.com and find any flash video 4. Notice since flash is disabled, the UI says "The plugin for this content has been disabled. Click here to manage your plugins." 5. Click the viewing area, and notice addons manager opens in a new tab with focus on the Plugins pane. With step 5 only plugins should be displayed. Instead you will see all kinds of add-ons in the list.
Summary: Enabling plugin should take user to Plugin pane in addons manager → Opening Add-ons Manager with a specific pane shouldn't display all types of add-ons

Looks like it's only the case for the plugins pane. Clicking managing themes when installing a personas works.
