A bit like Tb3 global search, Tb should have a statistics option which can intel on the email usage of the user.

Something like
mail traffic
"Time-to-respond" (between msg and reply)
rank per people, domain, folder, subject, recipient type (cc, bcc, nothing), flag, context (original/reply/forward), action (nothing/replied/forwarded/reply all)
