On addon detail number of downloads has wrong number format

1) Install some add-on (for example "All-in-one Gestures"). 2) Open Add-ons Manager, go to "All-in-one Gestures" detail. 3) There is info about number of downloads. For czech (cs) this number has wrong format. I see english variant which is something like "5,431". Right number format for czech is "5 431". Familiar bug was bug 558394.
It's a hard-coded value at the moment which will be displayed for all download. See bug 562937.

Just to clarify: We don't even have a number here - its just a hardcoded string.
