In Window Classic Vusual Style (not Aero),
The resizer is incorrectly positioned when full zoom-in /out

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minfield with new profile
2. Open URL ( ex. http://hendrix.mozilla.org/ )
3. Full Zoom-in (Ctrl++ Ctrl++Ctrl++Ctrl++Ctrl++)
    OR Full Zoom-out (Ctrl+- Ctrl+-Ctrl+-Ctrl++Ctrl+-)

Actual Results:
 The resizer is incorrectly positioned
  Full Zoom-in : The resizer will disappear (positioned outside of the textarea)
  Full Zoom-out: The resizer is positioned a bit inside of the textarea.

Expected Results:
 The resizer is positioned properly.(it should be aligned at the corner.)

The problem happens even the testcase.

In addition to comment #0,
The problem happens on WindowXP SP3 with window Classic Style.
However not happens on Luna Style.

I am able to reproduce this in Firefox 17 but not anymore in Firefox 19.
