build 2000101709 and later. Look at My Sidebar. Notice that the titled has mysteriously moved up (higher then "Tabs>" and to the right (at worse, it should align with the title of the other tabs - even better it would be aligned a letter-width to the left of that (aligned with the tab outline.
this is in the Modern skin. keywords rtm and regression. RTM worthy because this is some of the first UI that all users will ever see - should not be messy.
