Today's trunk build 2000092908 seems to have move the title "My Sidebar" up
andto the right so it looks weird, out of alignment with the Tabs text and with
the left border.

Looks just fine in beta 3.

John, we have no idea why this moves in and out of alignment. I talked to Matt,
Ben, and Paul Hangas. Whatever "broke" or "fixed" the problem before is a
mysterious force of nature that science doesn't understand.
At this point in the RTM cycle, I'm marking this minus.

If bug 58145 is indeed true, it is probably the cause of this.

This looks good to me in 2001052904. Problem did exist at one point, though, I
remember it...
