I have tried to solve this reinstalling realplayer and reinstalling firefox. This function in realplayer still works in google chrome. But not in firefox wish i prefer to use. So this make me think that one of the newest updates to firefox is the reason why this realplayer function suddenly dissaoerard. Reproducible: Always
