Details

When you are viewing your emails, setting your headers to ALL will result in the
email attachments icon not to show.

1) View email with attachments
2) Set Headers to Show ALL

Email attachment icon would not show.

Build is 2000102108, running on Windows 98 SE
I didn't check carefully enough, seems that this is a duplicate of bug 39679...
