Works fine here, I need better steps.
It could be on a profile I build on a different nightly. I tried with my original profile and with a new profile. Now it works there. So not sure what the cause would have been. Going to mark this wfm. thanks.

I see this again, and its still an issue, here is the exact problem mentioned on relnotes for 4b1: "After using the Customize Toolbars feature, the Bookmarks Toolbar context menu will not work until you restart the browser." Not sure if this a dupe now or not but relnotes don't point to the correct bug for it.

which bug are relnotes pointing to? and why do you think it's wrong?
it points to a complete different bug also on the relnotes ;) (bug 557225) -- Mac OSX: "When plugin content is loaded in a separate process, a second icon appears in the OSX Dock (see bug 557225)."
this is a dupe of bug 575896 still unless you can bring steps to reproduce without touching Customize.
