Popups do not appear at all, as expected. No tabs are opened. Page echoes "This page will launch a total of 10 popup windows". 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://www.popuptest.com/popuptest1.html
2.Click the "Always show" button

Actual Results:  
No popup is displayed. 

Expected Results:  
Popups should appear in separate tabs in background. 

Problem is reproducible only for this test page. Haven't tested on other pages.

This bug is for the fennec front-end side code, the platform side is bug 576156
