Build Identifier: ChatZilla 0.9.86-rdmsoft [XULRunner 1.9.0.11/2009060313

Unfortunately, Silver's online networks.txt builder doesn't support existing networks.txt data. If you have an existing file, you have to either start over, or manually edit the file. I think that something should either be added to the Preferences window or the Chatzilla menu which would let users edit their list without directly editing the file. The contents of the window should default to the hard coded entries. Networks.txt doesn't need to be saved if those entries are unchanged.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Ask a new user to add networks to networks.txt.
2.You will spend more time explaining it than actually doing it.
3.
Actual Results:
It is hard to edit networks.txt as is.

Expected Results:
Users should have a nice convenient UI to edit the list of networks.

While I checked the 64-bit Windows, that is just my OS. ChatZilla and XULRunner are both 32-bit builds.
It's not my online builder (not even on my damn site!), and it's not being replaced by XML and this is a blatant duplicate.
