In The Source Code, You Can Add New Known Networks To ChatZilla. It Could Be
Difficult For Users To Do. I Was Thinking About A "Customize Known Networks
List" Function Into ChatZilla.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In ChatZilla, Click On Edit
2.Click On Prefrences

Actual Results:  
There Is No Option To Edit The Known Networks List.

Expected Results:  
It Should Display A "Customize Known Networks List" Option In Prefrences In
ChatZilla.

I was about to post the same crosspost posted to bug 135926 and bug 227366, but
isn't this simply a dupe of bug 27807?

No. Bug 27807 is really WONTFIX/replaced by the XML network file being planned.

This bug is about being able to customise the list, not about where it is stored.

Confirming, as this is a really important feature.
