When reopening a mail window (after CMD-W) the preview pane window setting (when off) is reset to On.

View-->Layout->Message Pane  is rechecked and needs to be disabled again.  Very repeatable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn off Preview Pane:   View-->Layout->Message Pane
2. Command-W
3. Awaken from Dock .... Preview Pane checkbox has returned.
Actual Results:  
Preview pane returns.

Expected Results:  
Window state should be as when the window is closed
