Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start Fennec 2.Navigate a page of your choice 3.Rotate the N900 into portrait mode Actual Results: Portrait is not working. Only landscape is available. Expected Results: Screen should adjust properly to portrait mode. Loaded page should also render clearly and all functionality should be available. Note: Tested against the Nokia N900 [linux-maemo5].
Really? Bug 565464 complains that we are too aggressive about rotating. Aakash was just mentioning this again on July, 16th too.
Vlad, have you tried this with the slit at the top of the device (after you rotate into portrait mode) For example, notice the slit at the top of the device shown in this image: http://www.nokialb.com/nokialb/images/stories/N900/Nokia-N900_portrait.jpg
Yes I have, the N900 has only the two positions of rotating in comparison with iPhone for e.g., that can be rotated from any angle. It seems that portrait mode is now working just fine (for today's nightly), but specifically that build had trouble with it. I tried everything even rebooting and installing the build again.
Well, if that's the case, let's move this to resolved:worksforme and re-open if it's seen again.

Yes Askash, there were some issues with no regression from one build to another but all have been noted down and I'm tracking them every day now.
