Details

according to bug 577661, apple's crash reporter launches when plugin-container crashes. We don't want apple's restart button (since it won't work), so we should suppress the feature (just as we do for the main process).
Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
