578119 - Create mozilla.tools.pulse discussion group

I have a lot of people interested in/starting to use Pulse (pulse.mozilla.org). I recently found some issues caused by the bmo upgrade and would like to notify interested parties.

I guess dev-pulse? Not sure where this would fit in the hierarchy. Also, I'm not sure if we create lists for experimental/prototype systems. If not, I can create the list elsewhere.

I'd suggest mozilla.tools.pulse; the dev hierarchy is (supposed to be; but let me know if there's many exceptions and this horse has already bolted) related to core Mozilla codebase development.

Is mozilla.tools.pulse OK with you, clegnitto?

tools-pulse created on lists.mozilla.org, with [e-mail] as admin.  Sent a newsgroup creation request to Giganews for mozilla.tools.pulse, which should appear within the next 24 - 48 Hrs.  The Google group should also appear after the creation of the newsgroup.
