I created a mail folder called "web", then wanted to rename it to "WEB". When tried to do this, I received an error telling me that a folder named "WEB" already existed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a folder called "name"
2. rename it to "NAME"
Actual Results:
error about duplicate name
Expected Results:
renamed folder "name" to "NAME"
