From my perspective:
(Untitled)
The default new tab title,
can look like:
CUntitled)
**** is described in Webster's Dictionary as:
**** noun
1 usu obscene: the female genital organs ; also: sexual intercourse with a woman
2 usu disparaging & obscene: woman 1a

I recommend using a slightly different title.

This is fixed on trunk, & will be fixed in Firefox 4.0.  New tab title is now "New Tab" -- it changed to that from (Untitled) in Bug 552166.

(I doubt that that change will be backported to older Firefox releases, as it's not a security fix nor is it particularly critical in any other sense.)
