As slaves have been moved around we've ended up with dead entries in the production slave lists. Time to cull them out.

* Bug 563479 repurposed moz2-darwin10-slave30 thru 39 to try server
* Bug 552069 took try-linux-slave05, try-mac-slave05, try-w32-slave05 to staging-master
In both cases the machines got new names so these are holes in DNS. Partial sync to mozilla2/ to keep releases with the same list and a couple of whitespace fixes.

We need to remove some of these from Puppet, too....I'll do that.

pm01/pm02:8011/pm03 reconfigured. The old release masters can pick it up prior to the next release.
