Next to the "subscribe to the feed" link is a "Receive updates via email" that we need to hook up. Non-modal, but the flow is:

Open a confirmation
Logged in?
  Yes -> use their account email address
  No -> include an "email address" field
Create watch
Depends on: 573080
Assignee: nobody → rrosario
