The tab candy functionality has gone away. Ctrl+space doesn't do anything. There is no tab candy icon in the upper right hand corner. Tab Candy was working, but at some point has completely disappeared...
Reproducible: Always
Update: Reinstalling over the top of the current installation corrects the problem.
I was able to reproduce this, but for me, the browser auto-updated to a version of Firefox that didn't have tab-candy.

Mass moving all Tab Candy bugs from Mozilla Labs to Firefox::Tab Candy. Filter the bugmail spam with "tabcandymassmove".
