Steps to reproduce: 1- open about:config 2- set the preference browser.tabs.tabMinWidth to 16 3- open a bunch of tabs (20 might be enough on a 1920px wide screen) Expected results: Tabs will getting smaller until they reach the minimum width (16px), and only then the tab-scroll shows up. Actual results: The annoying tab-scroll arrows shows up before we get enough tabs to make them 16px wide. On my computer the tabs started scrolling with 97px! That's clearly a bug :)
