Details

The browser.tabs.tabMinWidth preference is no longer obeyed with Firefox 4.0 beta 2. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Firefox 4.0b1 2. Set browser.tabs.tabMinWidth to something smaller, like 20 3. Open a bunch of tabs 4. Upgrade to 4.0b2 5. Open a bunch of tabs Actual results: 4.0b1 obeys browser.tabs.tabMinWidth, resulting in small tab sizes 4.0b2 ignores browser.tabs.tabMinWidth, resulting in larger tabs that scroll horizontally once the physical space is exhausted. Expected results: 4.0b2 should behave the same as previous versions, allowing smaller minimum tab widths. Additional info: Installing 4.0b1 in the steps to reproduce above is not required. I simply included it to provide a frame of reference.
