If one were to opt-out of using the tab bar and disable it in preferences whilst having enabled Tabs On Top, the title bar and toolbar will not unify in a clean look.
STR:
1. Enable Tabs on Top
2. Disable the tab bar in Tab pane of Preferences.
ER: Unified look and feel for the title bar and toolbar
AR: Extra horizontal line drawn to separate the two
Please see the two screenshots to discern the difference between tabs on top and tabs on bottom whilst hiding the tab bar in Preferences.
