+ icon means that we also need a shaded version of the icon in the sprite. That image doesn't currently exist.
Will also need to update the CSS after updating the image.

Limi - can you assign somebody from the UX team to do the image work? If they update the images, I can take care of the CSS.

The patch in bug 631502 will make the shaded version unnecessary.
