Currently the page is blank if we are in the process of logging in or if you aren't logged in or if you have no other computers.

We should say _something_ about what's happening.

We can longer take for granted that we're "logged in," either. (This concept no longer exists in the UI and UI code shouldn't depend on it.) This is mostly due to the master password handling we do now.

Morphing this bug to have about:sync-tags auto-login (force-prompt the master password dialog if necessary) and be more informative if that failed.

about:sync-tabs has been deprecated. Better synced tabs UI has been implemented in a menu panel (bug 1201331) and sidebar (bug 1210586).
