Result: Under Popular Collections, 3 collections listed are missing the owner name
Target Milestone: --- → 5.11.7
This is happening because we ran the great collection migration in bug 584221.  That's not going to happen on prod, so this won't hurt.  But it is disconcerting.

So...this really is a bug since it needs to switch at some point.  Now that piece uses the feature flag.  But next.amo has NEW_COLLECTIONS = False, so it's still going to look broken anyway.

I bet we're going to mess up something with this feature flag eventually.
