Earlier I saw this at multiple places like about:config, DOM-Inspector, BookMarks etc. Now only place I see this issue is AdBlock popup menu.

Steps:
1. Install AdBlock Plus
2. Restart
3. On AdBlock preference "Show on Status Bar"
4. Right click AdBlock button

Result:

Expected
Pop up menu should have a non-transparent menu

Yes, this is caused by bug 578322. Adblock Plus development builds have been adapted a while ago, Adblock Plus 1.2.2 will be released soon to update people using the stable release.
