Actual Results: 1. after loading the page nothing happens, the screen stays grey Expected Results: the page should be visible The page works fine with NS4.x, even with Java and JavaScript disabled.
you need to isntall psm with this site - Debug Menu, install PSM.

reopening. page fails to load even with PSM installed. mozilla trunk 103004 on NT. The page also failed to load with several errors on furst attempt with 4.x but loaded fine on further attempts.

Not frames. Probably psm/necko or server's fault. The pages don't load individually. Reporter: sorry about that, in the future for https I suggest you mention that psm is installed and working.
I agree with timeless, this seems like a psm problem. The lock icon is "broken" and red, which is unusual. Clicking on it didn't tell me anything about what this red icon meant, but I imagine it's bad. Handing over to the PSM folks.
