Reproducible: Always

Summary: Add Option to place Menu Bar in the Title Bar when Firefox is Maximized → Add Option to place Menu Bar in the Title Bar when window is Maximized
Although saving space is important, I generally do not know if it is a good idea that for Windows Xp to have Menu Bar in the title bar to be the default since in Windows Xp it is normal for Windows to have a page title. If you put Menu bar in the title bar as default, it break with consistency with the Windows Xp system. However, Office 2010 also break consistency.
Summary: Add Option to place Menu Bar in the Title Bar when window is Maximized → Add option to place Menu Bar in the Title Bar when window is maximized
Office 2007 also allow to put buttons in title bar
