Create an option to place Menu bar in the title bar when Firefox is maximized in order to save space for user still choosing to use the Menu bar for consistency and familiarity.

Although saving space is important, I generally do not know if it is a good idea that for Windows Xp to have Menu Bar in the title bar to be the default since in Windows Xp it is normal for Windows to have a page title. If you put Menu bar in the title bar as default, it break with consistency with the Windows Xp system. However, Office 2010 also break consistency.
