Both Asturian (ast) and Scottish Gaelic are ready to go into beta with 3.6.9.
Let's add them to shipped-locales.

If we find problems with the localized builds, is it trivial to not ship them / roll back? Or would we keep it as is?

The build alright, so that piece should just work.
If the builds would be busted, we just don't need to link them up on the web.
